Friendly and relaxed buying experience tailored to you

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Rob was very friendly and helpful when I first enquired about a Volvo V40, he answered all my questions, discussed a trade-in on my old car and Rob explained the values of the business and their aftersales care. We arranged for me to make a trip to see the car in person. However, I could have had it delivered. We made the trip to Certa on a beautiful Sunday morning, with fog rolling up the Clydach Gorge. Rob was very friendly upon arrival at the new, tidy units and took us through to look at the car inside the unit. The car was very clean inside and out, beautifully prepped, and ready for sale. Rob then directed us on a route for a test drive with a mix of roads, allowing me to get a feel for the car. Upon arrival back at the unit, Rob had a quick look at my trade-in, and we then went back inside to do the paperwork. I would highly recommend Certa Used Car Sales for a pressure-free, relaxed car buying experience. All the cars they had on offer were of high quality and very nicely prepped for sale. Thank you to Rob and the team for a great buying experience.

Amazing service and product, would definitely recommend

The service was brilliant from start to finish. I was kept informed every step of the process and everything was made very simple for someone purchasing a second car. Very satisfied with all the checks that had been done on the car before the sale, and extremely happy with the quality and pricing of the car. Special mention to Rob for his attention to detail and genuineness throughout the whole process. The car was delivered from Wales to South East England very affordably and I would not hesitate to recommend Certa Used Car Sale’s to anyone.
